Community guidelines

Wren works because members treat each other with respect. By using Wren, you agree to these guidelines.

Be genuine

Use your real name, recent photos, and honest information. No impersonation or fake profiles.

Be respectful

Treat others with kindness. Harassment, hate speech, threats, and unwanted explicit content are not allowed.

Be safe and honest

Never ask members for money, and never use Wren for solicitation, scams, or any illegal activity.

You may not use Wren to offer, request, advertise, or arrange commercial sexual services of any kind. This includes escort services, prostitution, pornography, and any arrangement in which sexual or romantic contact is exchanged for money, gifts, or anything of value. You may not use Wren to advertise any other commercial service or to recruit members for one.

You may not ask another member for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank or card details, or access to their accounts.

Never trafficking, coercion, or minors

You may not use Wren for human trafficking or sexual exploitation of any kind — recruiting, harbouring, transporting, advertising, soliciting, or obtaining anyone for sexual services or forced labour, or any sexual conduct obtained through force, fraud, coercion, threat, blackmail, debt, or by exploiting someone's age, dependency, disability, or immigration status. This applies whether or not money changes hands.

Wren is for adults 18 and over. Don't create or use an account if you are under 18, help anyone under 18 to use one, or misrepresent your age. Never post, send, request, or solicit sexual content involving anyone under 18, or content that presents a minor in a sexual way — including drawings, edited images, and computer-generated material.

And don't help anyone else do any of this. Aiding, arranging, encouraging, promoting, or instructing someone in conduct we prohibit is treated exactly the same as doing it yourself, whether it happens here or somewhere else.

We remove accounts for anything in this section immediately, without warning and without refund, and we report suspected trafficking and suspected child sexual exploitation to law enforcement.

Protect privacy

Don't share other members' private information or conversations without their consent.

Enforcement

We review reports and may warn, suspend, or permanently remove anyone who violates these guidelines. To report someone, use the report tool on their profile or in your conversation, or email support@findwren.com.

These guidelines are the plain-English version, and they are the one we expect members to read. The same rules are set out in formal policy language in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service. Where the two differ in wording they are meant to say the same thing; the Acceptable Use Policy is the version that governs.
