Terms of Service

Welcome to Wren (findwren.com), a service operated by IT Lasso, LLC ("Wren", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wren. By using it you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not impersonate others or create accounts using false information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud other members; not to post unlawful, obscene, or infringing content; and not to use Wren for solicitation, spam, or any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You may not use Wren to offer, request, advertise, or arrange commercial sexual services of any kind. This includes escort services, prostitution, pornography, and any arrangement in which sexual or romantic contact is exchanged for money, gifts, or anything of value. You may not use Wren to advertise any other commercial service or to recruit members for one.
You may not ask another member for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank or card details, or access to their accounts.
Human trafficking and sexual exploitation. You may not use Wren for human trafficking or sexual exploitation of any kind. This includes recruiting, harbouring, transporting, advertising, soliciting, or obtaining any person for sexual services or for forced labour, and any sexual conduct obtained through force, fraud, coercion, threat, blackmail, debt, or by exploiting a person's age, dependency, disability, or immigration status. This prohibition applies whether or not money or anything of value changes hands, and it is separate from and in addition to the prohibition on commercial sexual services above.
Minors. Wren is for adults aged 18 and over. You may not create or use an account if you are under 18, help anyone under 18 to create or use one, or misrepresent your age. You may not post, send, request, or solicit sexual content involving anyone under 18, or content that presents a minor in a sexual way, in any form — including drawings, edited images, and computer-generated material. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we will suspend it.
Aiding and encouraging. You may not aid, abet, facilitate, arrange, encourage, promote, advertise, or instruct anyone in conduct prohibited by these Terms — whether the conduct itself happens on Wren or elsewhere, and whether or not you take part in it yourself. Introducing a member to someone you know intends prohibited conduct, or using Wren to arrange it for another person, is prohibited on the same terms as doing it yourself.
We remove accounts for the violations in this section immediately, without warning, and without refund. We report suspected human trafficking and suspected child sexual exploitation to law enforcement, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where the law requires it. 4. Subscriptions and payments
Premium features are offered on a subscription basis and billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full, automatically and without asking your reason. Your Premium access ends when the refund is issued. The guarantee applies once per member: it covers your first payment on Wren, not the first payment of each subscription you open, and it does not cover renewals.
After 14 days, cancelling stops all future charges. It does not refund the period you have already paid for, and it is not prorated: your Premium access continues until the end of that period, and then your account returns to the free plan. Apart from the guarantee above, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Safety
We provide tools to report and block members, but we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the conduct of any member. Interact with others at your own discretion and follow our safety guidance.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate Wren. You are responsible for the content you share.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Wren is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IT Lasso, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
