Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Wren (findwren.com), operated by IT Lasso, LLC. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Our Community Guidelines state the same rules in plain English; where the wording differs, this Policy governs.

Violating this Policy may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of your account without notice and without refund. Some violations are reported to law enforcement.

1. Eligibility and minors

• Wren is available only to individuals aged 18 or over.
• You may not create or use an account if you are under 18, assist any person under 18 in creating or using an account, or misrepresent your age or identity.
• You may not post, transmit, request, or solicit sexual content involving any person under 18, or any content that depicts or presents a minor in a sexual manner. This includes drawings, edited images, and computer-generated or AI-generated material.
• Accounts we reasonably believe belong to a person under 18 are suspended.

2. Human trafficking and sexual exploitation

You may not use Wren to engage in, or to facilitate:

• recruiting, harbouring, transporting, advertising, soliciting, or obtaining any person for sexual services or for labour or services obtained by force, fraud, or coercion;
• any sexual conduct obtained by force, fraud, coercion, threat, blackmail, debt bondage, or by exploiting a person's age, dependency, disability, or immigration status;
• any conduct constituting sex trafficking, forced labour, or involuntary servitude under applicable law.

These prohibitions apply whether or not money or anything of value changes hands, and apply in addition to the prohibition on commercial sexual services in section 3.

3. Commercial sexual services and solicitation

• You may not offer, request, advertise, or arrange commercial sexual services of any kind, including escort services, prostitution, and pornography.
• You may not enter into or propose any arrangement in which sexual or romantic contact is exchanged for money, gifts, or anything of value.
• You may not advertise any other commercial service, promote a business, or recruit members for one.
• You may not solicit money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking or card details, or account access from another member.

4. Aiding, facilitating, and encouraging

You may not aid, abet, facilitate, arrange, encourage, promote, advertise, or instruct any person in conduct prohibited by this Policy. This applies whether the prohibited conduct occurs on Wren or elsewhere, and whether or not you participate in it yourself. Introducing a member to a person you know or reasonably should know intends prohibited conduct, or using Wren to arrange prohibited conduct on behalf of another person, is a violation on the same terms as engaging in it directly.

5. Harassment, abuse, and harmful content

• No harassment, abuse, threats, stalking, intimidation, or incitement of violence against any person.
• No hate speech or content attacking a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age.
• No unsolicited sexually explicit content.
• No content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or regulated goods.
• No sharing of another person's private information, images, or conversations without their consent, including intimate images shared without consent.

6. Fraud, impersonation, and account integrity

• No impersonation of any person, and no profile using another person's photographs or identity.
• No romance fraud, advance-fee schemes, investment or cryptocurrency solicitation, phishing, or any attempt to obtain money or credentials by deception.
• No automated access, scraping, bulk data collection, or use of bots.
• No attempt to circumvent identity verification, a suspension, a block, or any technical or security measure.
• No unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, and no malware.

7. Enforcement

We review reports made through the in-product report tools and by email. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate it permanently. Violations of sections 1, 2, and 4 result in immediate termination without warning and without refund.

We report suspected human trafficking and suspected child sexual exploitation to law enforcement, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where required by law. See our Law Enforcement Guidelines.

8. Reporting a violation

Use the report tool on any profile or conversation, or email support@findwren.com. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. Continued use of Wren after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
