Wren (findwren.com), operated by IT Lasso, LLC ("we"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Because we operate a dating service, some of the information we handle is sensitive; we treat it accordingly.

1. Information we collect

Account details (email, password), profile information you provide (name, date of birth, gender, photos, bio, location, preferences), your personality-assessment answers, messages you send, and technical data such as device and usage information.

2. How we use it

To create your profile, generate compatibility matches, enable messaging, process subscriptions, keep the community safe, and improve Wren. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate — for example our hosting and database provider (Supabase), payment processor (Stripe), and identity-verification provider — only as needed to run the Service. Your profile and the content you choose to share are visible to other members.

4. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/EEA or California), you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. To exercise these rights, contact support@findwren.com.

5. Data retention and security

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed for legal and safety purposes. We use industry-standard measures to protect it, though no system is completely secure.

6. Children

Wren is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy and will post the new date above when we do.
